Ready to put your legal skills to use?
We are a small, dynamic and diversified insurance and financial services firm based in Oakville, Ontario. As we expand our service portfolio, we are seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents
- Providing guidance to clients on estate planning matters
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Applicants should be licensed paralegals in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. You should have a minimum of three years paralegal experience and a strong understanding of estate planning law. Also required are excellent research, writing and interpersonal skills to consult with clients, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 and word processing software. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
This will be a fee-for-service position, based on the work performed, which offers flexibility in scheduling of work hours.

A presentation on “Planning for Your Financial Future” was made to the GTA Ministerial Association of Seventh Day Adventist Pastors, in Toronto. The pastors were happy to learn about our services, and appreciated the opportunity to think about their financial future and that of their families and loved ones.
